It’s 2022 in reverse, with Democrats convinced that Trump’s approval ratings, the ongoing affordability issues, and the situation in Iran will doom the Republicans. However, there are a couple of significant problems.
First, it’s only June, which means we have a long time until Election Day—anything can happen in that span. Second, Democrats lack a clear agenda; instead, they seem to focus on criticizing Trump and backing questionable candidates, some of whom have faced domestic abuse allegations and have Nazi tattoos.
Republicans, through redistricting, have been building a bulwark against any ‘blue wave.’ But also, Democrats continue to poll like shizzit. They don’t have any policy ideas other than “We Hate Trump” and its showing in a new survey that will serve as a gut punch to the party leadership:

Yikes. Democrats only being up by 2 points in a midterm cycle is brutal. And, as the polling shows, Republicans gained 3 points over the previous survey, while Dems just gained 1 point.
It’s simple. It’s not been that long ago we were all suffering under Bidenflation. And let’s not forget the lunacy of left-wing Democrat policies. I know, gas prices and other costs need to come down, but that is already beginning with this Iran situation coming to an end. That means Republicans are poised to peak at just the right time.
Also, White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles announced earlier today Trump will be hitting the campaign trail soon. That, and dang near all of the candidates he has backed have won their primaries.
Hang on, folks. It’ll be a wild ride but I believe the GOP can buck the trend of losing seats during the upcoming midterms. Things just ‘feel’ different.
